Policy Return & Refund

Ayzal Racing Wears we take pride in the craftsmanship of our bespoke leather gear. Because each suit is custom-tailored to your unique measurements and design, our return policy differs from “off-the-shelf” clothing stores.

Custom-Made Goods Policy

All our leather suits are “Made-to-Order.”

  • No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, no longer want the suit, or if your racing plans change.
  • Measurement Errors: We are not responsible for suits that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please follow our How to Measure guide strictly before ordering.

When You CAN Request a Return (Faulty Goods)

Has a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty zippers, loose stitching, or leather tears).

Does not match the design/colors you officially confirmed in your order.

Is significantly different from the measurements you submitted (we allow a 1.5cm tolerance).

How to report a fault

Contact us at [zeeshanfazal763@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your suit.

Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the defect.

If the fault is minor, we will pay for a local tailor to repair it or have you ship it back for a free fix.

If the fault is major (cannot be fixed), we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Alteration Service

If the suit does not fit because you provided incorrect measurements, we want to help you get back on the track.

  • We offer a Discounted Alteration Service. You ship the suit back to us (at your expense), and our master tailors will adjust it for a small fee of [e.g., $50 – $100] plus return shipping.

Return Shipping

For Faulty Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping or reimburse you.

For Alterations/Returns: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any import duties incurred during the return process.

Condition: Items must be returned in “New” condition—unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe/PayPal/Bank Transfer).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
