Welcome to [Ayzal Racing Wears]. By placing an order for a custom leather suit on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Custom Orders & Manufacturing

Bespoke Nature: All suits are handcrafted and custom-made based on the specific measurements and design choices provided by the customer.

Production Time: Standard production takes approximately [e.g., 3–5 weeks]. This is an estimate and may vary based on design complexity or shipping delays.

Minor Variations: As leather is a natural material and suits are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or stitching may occur. These are not considered defects.

Measurement Responsibility

Customer Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of all measurements submitted via our “How to Measure” guide.

Errors: [Ayzal Racing Wears] is not liable for suits that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Fitment Guarantee: If the suit does not match the measurements you submitted (within a tolerance of 1.5cm), we will offer a free alteration or repair.

Payment & Pricing

Full Payment: Production will only begin once full payment has been received.

Currency: All prices are listed in [e.g., USD / MYR ].

Taxes & Duties: For international orders (including New Zealand), the customer is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for all local import duties, VAT, or GST.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No “Change of Mind” Returns: Under New Zealand and Malaysian consumer laws, custom-made goods are exempt from standard “change of mind” return policies. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Faulty Goods: If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken zipper, faulty stitching), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace the item at our expense.

Safety Disclaimer

Inherent Risk: Motorcycling and racing are high-risk activities.

Limitation of Liability: While our suits are designed with high-grade leather and CE-certified armor, [Ayzal Racing Wears] makes no guarantee of total safety. We are not liable for any injuries, disability, or death resulting from the use of our products.

Shipping & Delivery

Global Shipping: We ship from Pakistan via [DPEX/DHL/FedEx/UPS].

Delivery Failures: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Intellectual Property

Logos: By uploading sponsor or brand logos, you confirm you have the legal right to use them. [Ayzal Racing Wears] is not responsible for copyright infringement requested by the customer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, where the business is registered.
